      The company recognises that sustainable economic development is important to the future welfare of the company, as well as that of the society in general, and must provide for the protection of human health in the local and global environments.<\/h5>\n
      Real Fruit Ice Cream [Franchising] Pty Ltd\u2019s. policy of responsibility protecting health and the environment are based on the following principles:<\/h5>\n

        The company maintains an environmental management system that conforms to the international standard ISO 14001.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        The ISO 14001\u00a0<\/em><\/b>standard states that an environmental policy\u00a0<\/em><\/b>is the organisation’s overall environmental\u00a0<\/em><\/b>performance intentions and direction formally expressed by top management.<\/h5>\n

          Regulatory and Legislative requirements represent the minimum requirement. Where it is required, internal standards may be produced which exceed legal requirements.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n

          Policies and procedures, which are based on environmental considerations, are aimed at producing the greatest practical benefits while striving to achieve continual improvement and to minimise or eliminate the creation of waste, pollution and any adverse effect on health or the environment.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          In seeking appropriate ways to protect health or the environment, the issue of cost does not preclude consideration of possible alternatives, and priorities are based on the greatest practical benefit.<\/h5>\n

            The company communicates the environmental staement, objectives and goals of the company to our Franchisee\u2019s, Customers, Employees and the general public.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>
