I saw numerous flaws in using basic mechanical movements and components that fell short in delivering modern technologies to enhance the operation of the machines both in power supply, control and delivery.
Our machine has been totally built with each component designed with the Solid Works Cad System that has optimised its unique features complimenting each part, framing, outer skin cladding, cone design, cone fixture, cone lifting supports, auger design and bracketing, other than the electrical components. The electronic components are digital technologies based with PLC’s, Hyperdrives, Stepper Moter and Servo Controllers controlling each process.
